When Will I Receive My Order?

All orders are dispatched within 24 hours of receiving them. As a rough guide, please allow the following time to receive your order:Melbourne / Sydney / Adelaide: 2-3 business daysHobart / Brisbane: 3-5 business daysDarwin / Perth: 4-6 business daysAny orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be processed on the first available business day.

 

How Can I Track My Order?

Once your order has been processed, we will ship your product and you will be notified via email. This email will provide you with your personal tracking number. To track your order, simply enter this number into the Australia Post tracking system.

 

What Happens If I Am Not Home To Receive My Order?

If there is no one on the premises at time of delivery, your parcel may be left in a safe place.

If there is nowhere safe to leave your delivery, Australia Post may re-direct it to your local post office at their own discretion, and a calling card will be left to advise of this.

You must provide photo identification at the pick-up point to claim your parcel.We are not liable for any missing parcels once delivery has been made, so please ensure you choose a reliable and secure address at checkout.
